Nicole Grejda

Nicole Grejda focuses on being a trusted advisor and advocate for individuals facing challenging problems and emotional uncertainty. As a partner of Curran Moher Weis, she handles the full range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and visitation, spousal and child support, equitable distribution, and other post-divorce modification and enforcement issues. Ms. Grejda has successfully represented clients in many complexes, and high-net-worth family law matters. In addition to having many years of traditional litigation and mediation experience, Ms. Grejda is professionally trained and certified in collaborative law.

Ms. Grejda is a strong voice for her clients’ interests and tailors each representation according to her clients’ goals and priorities. She combines tremendous legal acumen with compassion, practicality, and an impressive prowess for negotiations to achieve positive results for her clients.

She believes strongly in the importance of giving back to the community. Ms. Grejda has been a committee member of the Fairfax Law Foundation’s annual Heroes v. Villains Run for Justice 5k, the proceeds from which help the Fairfax Law Foundation sustain a pro bono program. She was the co-chair of the Color of Justice Program, which seeks to promote diversity and encourage middle- and high-school students who are interested in the law.

Ms. Grejda is active in several local and state bar associations, in particular, the Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association. She is also a member of the Collaborative Professionals of Northern Virginia (CPNV), Virginia Collaborative Professionals (VaCP) and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).  Beginning in 2023, she is serving as secretary for the VaCP board. Ms. Grejda is regularly recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers (2017-present) and has been recognized by Best Lawyers Ones to Watch for 2023.

She is a Pennsylvania native and graduate of the Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College (with High Distinction and High Honors), and received her Juris Doctor from the George Mason University School of Law. In her spare time, Ms. Grejda enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Frasier.
