Committed to the legal profession and to her community, Ms. Grejda has long been active in legal and civic organizations. She has served as a committee member of the Fairfax Law Foundation’s Heroes v. Villains Run for Justice 5k, which supports access to pro bono legal services in Fairfax County. She previously co-chaired the Color of Justice Program, a diversity initiative encouraging middle- and high-school students to explore careers in law. Ms. Grejda is an engaged member of the Fairfax Bar Association, the Virginia Bar Association, the Collaborative Professionals of Northern Virginia (CPNV), Virginia Collaborative Professionals (VaCP), and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). She currently serves as secretary of the VaCP Board. Her work has earned consistent recognition by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” (2017–present) and by Best Lawyers (2023–present).

A Pennsylvania native, Ms. Grejda graduated with High Distinction and High Honors from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University and earned her Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her family and her dog, Frasier.
